Pay Scale:

For Constable (Male) Position : Rs.5910-20200+Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-

For Constable (Female) Position : Rs.5910-20200+Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-

For Sub Inspector (SI) Position : Rs.9300-34,800 Grade Pay Rs.4200/-

Qualification:

For Sub Inspector Position : Appellants must be a Graduate in any branch from authorized university or board.

For Constable Position : Appellants must pass 12th class/Intermediate or equivalent from Punjab school board.

Age Limit:

Minimum age limit : 18 years

Maximum age limit : 35 years

Age relaxation for SC/ST category candidates available as per Punjab Police Government rules and regulations.

Selection Procedure

Punjab Police Department regulated the following selection rounds for the above mentioned posts. The candidates who are qualified in first level in selection round will be forwarded for the next round of selection.
