A Raped woman Controversy

This is not the first time Sultan star Salman Khan has landed in a soup for his comments and sense of humour, and as usual there aren’t many who can palate it.

Salman was recently quoted by a Bollywood news website saying that after his hectic wrestling shoots for Sultan, in which he plays a wrestler along with co-star Anushka Sharma, the actor apparently felt like “a raped woman”.

His analogy drew reference from the feeling of a "raped woman" post his shoot. This has made Khan face the ire of the public and media alike. Now, even celebs from the film industry are voicing their opinions and recently Salman's good friend, Kangana shared her piece of mind. At a recent event, the actress shared how horrible it is to say something like that. Something that is extremely insensitive. She also added that we should not support a mentality where we point fingers at each other and bring each other down. "As a society, we have to take responsibility and stand united. It’s a disgrace for the whole society and not an individual," she said.
